Linen products and scented candles:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) are shipped the next business day. - All other products are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- Expedited options available at checkout
- Shipping calculated at checkout (typically $6–$12)
- Free shipping on orders $100+
🌍 International Orders
We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

💌 Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
📦 Exchanges
Need a different color or style? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping; we cover shipping of the replacement item.
