These are not traditional cooking classes – and they’re not about spending hours in the kitchen. Cooking Classes by Fine Dining 4 Home are designed for real homes and real hosts. They focus on how food looks, feels, and is experienced – from refined appetizers and simple plating techniques to table styling and smart preparation that makes entertaining feel calm and natural. Our classes are for those who love beautiful food and hosting, but don’t want to spend hours cooking during the class or at home. This is about creating a table that feels intentional, elevated, and confident – even when the main meal is ordered in.

Cook, Style & Host With Confidence
A hands-on cooking and hosting experience focused on appetizers, plating, and preparation – designed to help you host beautifully without cooking a full meal.
What we’ll do during the class
- prepare three refined appetizers together
- learn plating techniques and edits that make simple food (including takeout) look restaurant-level
- walk through a clear hosting method: what to prep, what to simplify, what to skip
- style the table using a few key elements that change everything
- sit, taste, and experience the result together
What you’ll learn
- how to create elegant appetizers without cooking for hours
- how to plate food so it feels intentional, not casual
- how to always be prepared for guests without last-minute stress
- how to host confidently – even when dinner is takeout
- what truly matters in fine dining at home (and what doesn’t)
What’s included
- a live, in-person class (approximately 2 hours)
- hands-on appetizer preparation during class
- a hosted tasting together
- a welcome glass of wine and curated non-alcoholic beverages
Price & availability
Estimated price: $95–$145 per guest. Classes are offered in small, limited groups. Dates are announced to the waitlist first.Â
Classes are hosted in Orange County, California, at select event kitchens and partner spaces.
